Chainless Change, Inc. (CCI) is a Black-led and disability-led organization working to address the disproportionately unjust impacts of South Florida's criminal legal system on minoritized communities. Led by and for justice-involved people, CCI aims to reduce recidivism and improve quality of life through a unique combination of mutual aid, leadership development programming, and community organizing. With a central focus on eradicating mass incarceration and criminalization, the overarching goal of our work is to equip those most impacted with the resources and tools to organize to transform policies, practices, and perceptions that negatively affect systems-impacted communities.
